Arctic Circle Restaurants, a chain of burger and shake restaurants, was founded in 1950 by Don Carlos Edwards in Salt lake city, Utah. As of February, 2011 there are 73 restaurants located in Midvale, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. Arctic circle invented regional condiment fry sauce and also claims to be the first burger chain to sell the kids’ meals.
Arctic circle serves a range of Black Angus Hamburgers as a part of its standard menu plus made-to-order Cheeseburgers, Bacon Cheese Burgers, Mushroom ‘n’ swiss, Pastramin ‘n’ swiss and the signature Black Angus Ranch Burger. In addition to these, there are Halibuts, Deep fired and grilled chcken sandwich, Chicken Tenders & Chicken rings.
The salad menu features a Taco salad, Grilled southwest chicken salad and Crispy / Grilled chicken salad. There are French fries, Sweet Potato fries, Onion Rings and Tater tots served with the fry sauce. And to complete the meal made-to-order shakes and malts prepared with read fruits, candies & cookies.
The kids’meal offered at arctic circle allows choice from a hamburger, cheeseburger, a corndog, mini corn dogs, chicken rings or chicken tenders with fries and a drink. Arctic circle also serves specialty soft drinks like fresh Lime squeezes and non-alcoholic Lime Rickeys.
