Red Robin Gourmet Burgers chain of restaurants was founded in 1969 in Seattle, Washington by a singer called Sam as “Sam’s Red Robin”, was eventually purchased by Gerry Kingen and renamed “Red Robin”. Today, there are more than 400 restaurants in the US and 18 in Canada.
The Gourmet Burgers on the menu are the signature Whiskey River BBQ Burger, Burnin’ Love Burger – fried Jalapeno rings, tangy salsa & spicy Pepper-Jack cheese layered on cayenne seasoned beef burger topped with shredded lettuce & tomatoes, The Banzai Burger – marinated in teriyaki & topped with grilled pineapple, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & Mayo, The Royal Red Robin Burger topped with fresh fried egg, hickory-smoked bacon, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomatoes & Mayo and the Sauteed Shroom Burger loaded with sauteed mushrooms, garlic Parmesan butter and melted Swiss cheese.
The chicken menu includes Ensenada Chicken Platter, Chicken Caprese Sandwich and Teriyaki chicken sandwich. Other featured items on menu are Grilled Turkey Burger, Crispy Arctic Cold Sandwich, Red’s Rice Bowl and Arctic Cold Fish & Chips. In addition, thee are Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap, BLTA Croissant, Reds Homemade Chili Chili and French Onion Soup.
The salad menu comprises of Fajita fiesta Pollo Salad – Grilled chicken breast over crisp mixed greens with Pepper Jack & Cheddar Cheeses, red and green bell peppers, diced onions, chipotle black beans & tortilla strips, tossed with a creamy salsa-ranch dressing, Asian Chicken Salad, Apple Harvest Chicken Salad and Crispy Chicken Tender salad.
