Back Yard Burger – Big and Bold Backyard taste

Back Yard Burgers, a chain of quick serve restaurants, was opened in Cleveland, Missisippi in 1987  by Lattimore M. Michael as a drive-thru restaurant. Later dine-in facilities were added and as of August 2008, there are 171 locations in 20 state throughout the Southern and Midwestern US, chiefly in Tennessee and Missisippi.

The signature item on Back Yard Burgers Menu is Hamburgers with char-grilled Black Angus Beef patties on a toasted bun and with choice of toppings from Lettuce, Tomatoes, American & Swiss Cheese, Hot Pepper Jack Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Mayonnaise, Cole Slaw, Chili, Bacon, Sauteed Mushrooms and Jalapenos. There are chicken sandwiches also on offer in four varieties: Black Jack chicken Club, Grilled Chicken, Blackened Chicken & hawaiian Chicken plus spicy hot dogs. These primarily consist of grilled juicy chicken with choice of toppings and pickles.

To accompany the hamburger you can choose either Garden Fresh or Chicken Salad, Seasoned Cut Fries, Chilli Cheese Fries, Baked potatoes or cup of chilli. There are Bak Pak Meals for Kids plus yummy Back yard Shakes and Fresh Baked Cobblers as Dessert and the usual range of iced sodas.
