The Danforth, Toronto’s Greektown, saw hundreds of Burger lovers waiting to enjoy the ry burger sliders from six different Danforth eateries. 2nd annual Grill Burger competition was scheduled on this Saturday at Jackman Avenue and enthusiasts were just having fun.
The burger belonged to defending champion Zach Davidson and his team at The Friendly Butcher won the competition. The burger was prepared by using garlic, curry powder, onion, port wine and duck fat.
Other remarkable competitor was “The Big Carrot” who represented the only vegan burger of the competition. The people were lined up literally making not only competitors happy but such a nice response was really encouraging for them.
