Ingredients (For 04 burgers):
- Ground Beef: 1 pound
- Grated Cheddar Cheese: ½ cup
- Horseradish: 2 Tablespoons
- Real bacon bits: ½ Cup
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Sauce of your choice: 1 Tablespoon
- Multi Grained / Egg Bun: 04 Nos.
- Butter: 01 Tablespoon
- Sliced Tomato: 01 No.
- Cabbage or Lettuce Leaves: 04 Nos.
Directions:
- Preheat Grill for high heat.
- Mix the ground beef, cheddar cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bacon bits in a large bowl (preferably with hands) to prepare a smooth mixture and form 04 Nos. Patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Grill the patties until well done, or around 5 minutes per side.
- Put the frying pan on medium heat and lightly toast the buns with butter.
- Prepare each burger by putting 01 patty, 01 Cabbage or lettuce leaf and 02 slices of tomato.
- A tasty Cheddar and Bacon hamburger is ready. Serve hot with ketchup and choice of sauce.
You can vary the toppings and spices as per your taste.
