Grill your hamburger yourself – Recipe 2 (Cheddar & Bacon)

Preperation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (For 04 burgers):

  • Ground Beef: 1 pound
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese: ½ cup
  • Horseradish: 2 Tablespoons
  • Real bacon bits: ½ Cup
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Sauce of your choice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Multi Grained / Egg Bun: 04 Nos.
  • Butter: 01 Tablespoon
  • Sliced Tomato: 01 No.
  • Cabbage or Lettuce Leaves: 04 Nos.


Directions:

  1. Preheat Grill for high heat.
  2. Mix the ground beef, cheddar cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bacon bits in a large bowl (preferably with hands) to prepare a smooth mixture and form 04 Nos. Patties.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  4. Grill the patties until well done, or around 5 minutes per side.
  5. Put the frying pan on medium heat and lightly toast the buns with butter.
  6. Prepare each burger by putting 01 patty, 01 Cabbage or lettuce leaf and 02 slices of tomato.
  7. A tasty Cheddar and Bacon hamburger is ready. Serve hot with ketchup and choice of sauce.

You can vary the toppings and spices as per your taste.
