McDonald’s And Other Chains will display Calorie values in menu | UK News

According to various news sources, the department of health, UK have announced that McDonalds will be displaying calorie information in the menu along with the item details. The change will be implemented to all the restaurant they have through out UK (which are around 1200).

In the official announcement it is also mentioned that “People will now be able to see at a glance how many calories are in their burger, salad, Happy Meal or milkshake”. KFC, Pizza Hut and other chains will also start doing same soon. All these stuff belongs to The Responsibility Deal, the approach that tackles the public health concerns.
