According to various news sources Jollibee Foods Corp have acquired the large stock (54%) of the PERF Restaurants, local franchise of Burger King. This local franchise holder of Burger King generates P800 million in yearly revenue through its Burger King restaurants spread through Philippines. There 23 BK restaurants they own.
