It is interesting to see Five Guys and In-N-Out is topping the chart by pushing McDoanld’s and BurgerKings below in the list. As McDonald’s and BurgerKings are presumed as the most visited and most expanded Burger Joints chains (or Fast Food chains) most of us think them to top the survey of course. But the service by the individual franchisee plays its part and that’s what clearly represented by the results. More than 4500 consumers across North America participated in the survey, which was conducted last month (August 2011).

If you look at the figures based on votes, Five guys is on the third place with 9.1% votes and McDonald’s at 4th place by having 7.5% votes; same way In-N-Out is at 11th position by having 2.4% votes and Burger King is at 13th position by having 2.1% votes. The difference between the figures tells the story. Same way looking at the figures based on indexed by location count puts Five Guys and In-N-Out on top of the others with significant margin difference.
