Just came to read a good quote on the Internet “Think of a burger patty as a little black dress. It’s perfect as is, or you can dress it up for a whole new taste.” Very true. Proof: According to the 2011 Weber GrillWatch Survey Hamburgers are the No. 1 grilled food.
The survey also states that 96 percent of all Americans grill burgers outdoors. The favorite of the country are beef burgers which are 93 percent of them. Onions, tomatoes, lettuce and ketchup, and then mustard, are favorite toppings, in that order. The growing number of Burger-Joints opening around the globe, the new and innovative concepts they are trying to reach the maximum people, the efforts to provide not only delicious and mouth watering but also healthy Burgers proves the thing as well. Of course there are the news about the closure of certain Burger-Joints or specific Burger recipes hit the news headlines as well. So let’s see that whether the “Burger” can sustain its place in the similar survey next year also?
