According to various news sources on the Internet, Byron, Hamburger restaurant chain, spread across Londan is going to stop serving its hamburger cooked less than medium rate at any of its sites to ensure consistency due to intervention of a local authority (the name is not declared though). Though the founder of the Burgerjoints chain also mentioned that they are serving these burgers since four years and there was not had a single issue.
Max burgers or Max hamburgers chain based in Sweden and highly successful there, is expanding to Norway. They did open their first outlet in the Oslo and rapidly it got popular in both public and media. Overwhelmed with the success the company has plans for expansion in Norway (obviously). They are dealing with several real estate companies in order to purchase nice road side locations. We look forward for the people or Norway to have great food experience.
The Backyard Burgers restaurant on Southwest 34th Street in Gainesville, Fla., has closed. Though the possibilities of opening of the restaurant is there, but not in near future.
A nice news for the Californians. In May 2012 Urban Natural Burger, modern twist on the American Classic Roadside BurgerJoint is scheduled to open. This chain will not have much of the seating and is mainly for pick and go stuff. It will use Pagers system and claim to provide faster service.
Umami Burgers comparatively small chain of BurgerJoints from Los Angeles, is set to open further north on the Pacific Highway, CA as part of its expansion!
The Gold Nugget Tavern and Grille, a burgerjoint is having a different (and likable) tradition to provide something new every week. The concept is provide a Unique burger every week! They are armed with 52 varieties of Burgers in order to provide the same. Chef Eli Renn is looking after this stuff with help of his two sous chefs. If anyone have real experiences of this Minnetonka restaurant, they are welcome to share.
Palm Beach Gardens, Fla, is looking forward to 16th November which is the scheduled date of opening of Burger Bar by Chef Allen at Donald Ross Village, Pam Beach Gardens, Fla. It is the first collaboration between Burger Bar and the celebrity chef Allen Susser. This dining will also debut ‘Gold Leaf Burger‘, a gourmet burger topped with 23 carats of edible gold. Wow, the golden burger!!! Let’s look forward to see how tasty it is!
